Prior to the event all attendees will have access to approximately (8) hours of pre-recorded webinar and video training that will cover many aspects of installation as we as sales and marketing.  This will help to re-enforce what is taught at the events.

The first day of a regional training event will take place partially inside and partially outside. We will be covering installations.  Some of the topics will include:

  • How to estimate / Proper mark-up
  • Scheduling estimates and jobs
  • Diagramming jobs

  • How to schedule jobs for October installs

After the second day of each event we will have a “Social Function” at a nearby restaurant, bowling alley, etc.
